Fresh air, see some animals, tree but it need to protection. There alot of motobike go inside and there are some under-contruction sites. Human intervention in the forest are growing

It's a fun ride if you like dirt, mud & bikes. Don't expect a lot visually ... It's not rainforest etc. Lots of different sounds & you can hear the monkeys but they are quick to move away from you when you stop. We glimpsed...More

Didn't do a lot for me, we live near Cannock Chase in the midlands -and once you've seen one forest, the rest is pretty much the same, trees and more trees .
