This Spa offers a soothing touch to the most tense points of my back and neck. It's staff seem very wel versed in which pressure points offer the most relief. Each session is amazing and tranquil.

We walked into the part of the hotel where the spa is located and were quite surprised to see how worn down and unkempt the area was. Once we found the spa we were even more surprised. The filth of the place was disgusting. There was hair on the counter in the bathroom, filth on the floors and the "waiting... More

If i could give zero stars i would. My Mom and i went to the spa on Sunday, May 1st for a relaxing afternoon. Well this spa was not the place to go. Once we got there we were told it would be just a few minutes before our rooms were ready. We were taken to the "waiting area" which... More

Massage was okay, but I would not book another. Spa is in converted hotel rooms, and you can hear guests in the hall during your session. The spa is on the dingy side and isn't all that welcoming. I arrived for my appointment early, and massage began on time. However, my hour long massage only lasted 50 minutes, needless to... More

Hard to get through to make a reservation and when you do, reception is rude. I left multiple messages to call me back and they never do. I do not know how they stay in business, i wish i never purchased a spa package.

I get massages often enough to know that was no masseuse! Facing up you looked at old ceiling fan, cold room, old linens and crying babies next door! On top of it they finished at 45 mins and said 60 includes me getting undressed... What a joke!!

The European facial involved no pampering. The lady said she only worked on day a week so maybe the other ladies are better. She used hot towels instead of a facial streamer and only did extractions for less than 2 minutes. She put a facial mask on me and sat and waited for it to dry. No massage whatsoever. Not... More

I've had plenty of great massages at the Fountain in Hackensack, Christine Valmay in River Edge, Hilton Parsippany, etc.. however this was not one of them. The ambiance was more like a nail salon with a few seat in the back for the spa area. A small bowl of pears, and a water cooler with no cups. Wonder how I... More

The massage itself was - eh. As far as tha "spa" - not even close! Near impossible to get an appointment (no one ever seems to answer the phone.). The place is tiny and dingy, located in a converted hotel room on the level below the lobby. Squeaky chairs, no uniforms, can hear the receptionist while you get a massage.... More
