We stopped in expecting to be out in 20 minutes. After 2 hours, we had to hunt down the person at the desk to tell her how impressed we were with the museum's collections. It was lovely.

Definitely worth a visit, even if you're in town for just the day. For a small museum it has a vast amount of different artefacts, memorabilia and donated items. Staff were very friendly and helpful. To top it off it's absolutely free!!

9-4, Monday - Saturday. It's free but if you can give them a donation - I'm sure the volunteers will appreciate it.
