This park is big and beautiful. My leashed dogs are welcome. People clean up after their pets and are very considerate of others. The park has a lower trail too so you can walk close to 5 miles round trip. Bikes are welcome. There is a playground, volleyball area, picnic tables and plenty of bathrooms. Security rides bikes through the... More

A big park located along the banks of the Chenango river. They have a very long walking trial that goes for several miles North. Also has sand volley ball courts, playgrounds, bathrooms, paved walkways and roads, picnic tables and grills, picnic pavilions, softball/baseball and soccer fields. You can fish along the river. Very well groomed play areas and fields. Also... More

While working on a project in Broome County, New York I could see the park from I-81 and decided one Sunday to check it out. This park is a gem, with broad, paved, shaded, walking and biking trails, athletic fields, including, soccer, sand volleyball, picnic pavilions/ shelters and picnic tables in the shade with grills. The park is along the... More

We love to go there and take a long walk. It even extends north for a much longer walk along the river. It goes from around the pond which is at the southern end. Very nice kids play area and also volley ball area. Picnic areas are nice. Excellent family park. It also has WiFi.

I walk at Otsiningo almost every day and I love that there's shade on sunny days but enough sun in other spots to make you appreciate being outside. There are always people there walking, running, cycling and lots of dog walkers too. Everyone is friendly and I never feel nervous or unsafe.

The park has both playing fields and paved bike/walking/running trails. From one end of the park and back is five miles. There are restroom facilities at both ends of the park. The park runs along the river.
