this is a super place to learn about animals and animal conservation. Some of they exhibits need some sprucing up but improvements are being made. Summers are busy.

Just got back from an afternoon at the zoo. Had no idea today was free Wednesday so paid full price for Total Encounter tickets which were purchased online before we left the house. Only now after reading many reviews did I see this information which...More

Heaven and fun. Great for the science, the animals, the beautiful zoo, the amazing areas that the animals lived in. Not technically cages, more like the actual place these animals would live in.

Great zoo, lots of variety and plenty for kids. I would recommend bringing your own food though, as the queues for food were very long and the quality was poor. When I visited a lot of the animals had babies so a good time to...More

Easily the worst zoo I have visited, came on a Wednesday (which is free ), was not too busy other then several school groups. However there is tons of wasted space, next to nothing to see, was dirty and run down.
