Set in a fabulous old train station! Go for the lime Rickey's (vodka, not gin) and free popcorn. This place could be a movie set, but it's better. The Hoot is laid back, unselfconscious, and welcoming without trying too hard. St. Lawrence, SUNY Canton, folks...More

this bar is in an old train depot and is like stepping back to the old time bars of the 60's and 70's; good mixture of young and veteran customers; near St. Lawrence Univ.

Very young crowd, music too loud. Wanted to have a beer and got 50 questions from a older guy who said he was the owner.
