Wine is improving

We visited Glenora a few years ago and found their wines to be quite mediocre at best. The wines are better, although a bit pricey for the quality. The Meritage was good.

I love their wines! Lots of parking and tasting rooms are big. Workers are very friendly. My husband and I like the more fruity wines which they have a great selection of. We also like their riesling and Niagara wine!

Great wine and wonderful servers! Browsed the shop and selected cheese to purchase that was given out as samples... would love to visit in the summer!

There were 4 of us, all sisters, on the wine tour. The employee assisting us with our tasting did an excellent job of explaining the different types of wines, how they are made and what to pair them with. I tried Peach Passion and he advised to try with Rum Chata. Cant wait to try that! The Ice wines were... More

Our wine tasting experience was one of the best I've experienced because the sommelier - a young woman - was so knowledgeable and helpful. We bought several bottles of wine and cheeses. They also sell wine-related gifts. They offer a small discount on your wine purchase if you buy the tasting experience. Pretty views outside plus overnight accommodations. A bonus... More

Had an overnight in Finger Lakes. We stopped by this winery and had lunch. It was beautiful and the restaurant had delicious food. You could do a wine sample and there were cute items to buy. I definitely would recommend getting a meal here. The guest rooms are lovely and some overlook the winery. Very nice...beautiful fall location.

We enjoyed several of the wines we tasted here. If you pay in cash they give you a discount on the wine you buy. They also let us taste some local cheeses which we really enjoyed! We would definitely stop in here to sample and purchase wine again.

Three of us were staying at local B&B. First time in the area. We ventured to Glenora for lunch in the restaurant. Very good and would defiinitely recommend to others. All fresh and local. We did not do wine tasting but each ordered a glass of white and all enjoyed. The view from the restaurant is very nice but more... More

We found this to be one of our favorite wine tastings. We lived that they paired it with small pieces of cheese. That really helped with each taste. Our sever was local and had an excellent knowledge of the area and wine. The area was roomy and there was a nice selection. We purchased several reds that were flavorful and... More

First time visit to Finger Lakes. We went to Glenora Wine Cellars and learned a lot about the wines we selected from our server Alisha. Bought 4 bottles of red wine that we would never have thought to have chosen had it not been for the tasting! Highly recommended !
