We had a lovely ride on the Erie Canal Cruise. The Lil' Diamond was very comfortable and gave a great view of everything from every seat. The Captain was chock full of information and they played a recorded cd that was very informative. Going thru the lock was pretty cool and learning and seeing how it worked.

Very nice trip along a piece of the canal. The captain is knowledgeable about the canal, so you get a history lesson concerning the canal. Trip is relaxing and fun for the family. You get to go through a lock on the canal and get a level of understanding about how these work. We recommend the boat trip.

Was not what I was expecting, I guess if you have never travelled through a lock then this would be interesting but I was totally bored even the scenery was non descript.

We loved this cruise on the Erie Canal. We got to travel thru the oldest lock on the canal. Amazing. We would highly recommend this.

i took this cruise twice this year. The first time was 09/13/16 on the double deck Lil" Diamond 111. It was wonderful. The second time was 10/12/16 w/10 of us (including a 2 yr old) on the smaller one deck boat. It was very crowded & packed w/people. Trip was still good, but I was disappointed w/the overcrowded boat.

Travel by canal boat down the Mohawk River into the Erie Canal. Go through lock 18 dropping 20 feet. Very scenic and educational. The trip is 1 1/2 hours. We took our grandchildren and they enjoyed it and paid attention. The tour is narrated the entire trip with details about the building of the canal and it's impact on New... More

What a wonderful time!!! Captain of the boat was great!!! Very funny and informative!!! Our group had a buffet meal there as well. The food was very good. I would love to go back to try the restaurant itself. The menu looks wonderful!!!
