I loved getting to see all the wildlife here--the turtles, the birds, and of course the famous fox--but what puts it over the top is the GIGANTIC TREE FORT in the back! The thing is like six stories tall and so much fun to clamber...More

Looking for Denison Falls, stopped at Nature Center to inquire location, it was there. The girl at the admissions desk was friendly, told us they were closing in 10 minutes however, we could wander the grounds after the building closed. Since we drove 25 miles...More

Hello Darlene, Unfortunately, this year's drought has taken a toll on many local waterfalls and gorges, including Denison Falls and streams located on our property. The dry conditions have caused many falls to go dry, and we are sad to hear that you were disappointed....More

The place is not well kept at all. Weeds everywhere. Mounted animals from 50 years ago falling apart. Butterfly gardens that looked awful. A turkey buzzard, fox, and a hawk was all that they had as animals outside. A tree house for kids. Not much...More

Largely exhibits of dust-covered taxidermy. Tree house was interesting. Did not see any butterflies.

The best part of my experience at the nature center was the live wild animals. They were all cute and it seemed like a good place for them to live. The museum itself is okay... could be a little more interactive. The tree fort is...More
