This winery specializes in very dry, French-style wines with prices that reflect that. Was attracted by the name: "Clovis point" is term given to the stone spear points used by the Native American Paleo-hunters who lived in this region about 10,000 to 16,000 years ago....More

This is a very relaxing, beautiful setup in the back. Outside looking at the vinyards with a big open grass area is a perfect way to enjoy the best wine around. On Sat they have a taco truck set up and they are great.

My wife and I stopped at Clovis Point on a Friday afternoon; there was only 1 other couple in the tasting room at the time. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to work with us - not an issue at all -...More

We went to the comedy show Saturday in May and had a great time. Clovis Point is always very accommodating and the wine is very good, Nash, the owner, is the most pleasant winery owner around and greets us all the time.

Beautiful scenery and a nice winery. Their chardonnays are especially good. We ordered some cheese and crackers, did the flight sampling, then a bottle of wine. Nice background music. Definitely will go here again.

Clovis is a small winery and without tours and charters pulling in, it is relaxing. But it is just a little off. Its very hard to tell how they operate, such as with a club membership or a quick bite and a glass of wine....More

The staff was kind and helpful with information and prepared to answer questions. The complete flight was a great value. This is the only LI winery that I have been to that allows you to bring lunch in from outside. We loved having a picnic...More

We drove past maybe a dozen wineries looking for one that had more than a few cars parked and looks from the road that made my wife want to stop. After passing Clovis we looked at a few more then decided to turn around a...More

My friends and I took a trip to this place this past Saturday. Our group of 7 came in 2 separate cars so technically you could call us 2 smaller groups. It just so happened that at the same exact time we pulled up to...More
