Beautiful drive for $10. There are 3 turn offs to take pictures. Walk up or take the shuttle to the summit. Toilets are available as well as water. Great for a foliage trip.

It is worth the hike to the summit. Great views of Lake George, surrounding mountains and foliage. Make sure you wear hiking boots and take the red trail if you are a beginner. Don't over dress. I wore jeans, a thermal shirt, long sleeve shirt...More

Not a bad place to see Lake George from above. Only 3 lookout points for drivers. No maps....hiking for those in fairly good shape. Nice shuttle to the top......you can walk down but be careful.

Went up there during the summer, did a little cookout (picnic area with charcoal grills and water as well) while looking at all the mountains in the area (you can see Vermont on a nice day). Must do while in Lake George!

we were there in october so I don't know about winter, it has significant grades and may be risky after the snow hits the ground and accumulates
