I am trying to make reservations for the bobsled experience later in June. Many phone calls, many emails and reservations still not finalized. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and seldom available. I hope the experience is worth this hassle.

I believe it's year round, although switches from the one we did on wheels in the concrete track to the bobsled on ice for the winter.
