Beautiful area with lovely beach which is hidden away, access via public paths inbetween properties these paths are well sign posted. Alternatively if you are really lucky you can book into a property that backs up onto the beach!

This is one of the prettiest beaches that I have seen in Mauritius. The sand was fine and white and it was so clean.

You can get to the beach 250m after the Pointe du Jerome pear through a narrow alley between the houses. There's only a handful of people on the beach, lots of sand and rock free areas to swim as well as some coral and places to snorkel.

We stopped here to get our tour boat to the Ile Aux Aigrettes but had a couple of hours to waste before it arrived so we went to find the beach. Not a very wide beach but has beautiful almost white fine sands. Plenty of boats moored in this bay and houses with gardens backing up to the beach itself... More

Pointe d'esney is a secret place to discover as a lot of houses and villa on this area, but the beach still public. Most of people go to Blue bay and this area no many people and you can have the beach only for you sometime. A very wonderful place and peace to relax and superb view to aigrettes island,... More

Only 5 mins away from Mahebourg, it is a nice and calm area. In the morning, you could see the light of the sun, red, orange and then super bright. Wonderful place to spend some quality time your family members. However, avoid people living nearby in the area called "Cite EDC". I prefer not to write about the people living... More

The waters and wind were fantastic for the regatta which were held at Pointe d'Esny. We finished 17 races. The main item to contend with are the tides. Ensure that you know when the high and low tides are.

A beautiful Beach, great for snorkeling, not at all crowded, with beautiful views Some big hotels have their frontage leading down to the beach, but the law seems to be that anything where the sea goes up to the waterline is public. So no picnics, which is signed by the hotels that look out onto the beach
