I hesitate to tell anyone about this gem of a beach....it might get so crowded that you can’t find a parking space.! The beach is quiet, serene, beautiful sunsets, lots of parking, just beautiful! Watch the boats come in and enjoy the view.

If you want to escape the Ditch Plains and town beach crowds, this is the place to be! It's a great swimming area with minimal waves. Great boat watching!

the beach near the hotel we stay is a long walk and down a steep hill (worse coming back) so we went to Gin beach on the sound side. very quiet, clean and relaxing.

This is the place for sunset on the beach. Bring your beach chairs and toast the end of a beautiful day in Montauk .

Looking to go in to the sound and get away from the ocean, well look no further this is the place to go. Bathrooms, Ice Cream man and the boats are always passing by.

You need a pass to park your car. We got one from our hotel. You can inquire in Southampton town hall I think or at your hotel if you are staying out there.

Gin beach is on the north shore-east of the inlet to the harbor--just take east lake drive all the way up--pass the airport on your right
