This exciting tour outfits you in a hooded raincoat and takes you into a cave and then along a catwalk near the foot of the falls for an up-close, wet and very rewarding view of the thunderous, cascading waters.

If doing the Maid of the Mist (highly recommend also), I would do Cave of the Winds first. You get complimentary flip flops which is great if you show up with sneakers on! You will also be given a poncho that will keep you dry...More

The self guided tour was very interesting and amazing. It was worth the trip and the fee to get into the park. The workers there were less than friendly/helpful. My friend slipped in the mud and the workers saw it while passing on their mobile...More

This is worth the money. It is amazing to walk so close to the falls on the USA side. They give you souvenir flops and a rain poncho to go thru this. You can take great pics and even get wet by the falls. It...More

The place where you can get all wet in the smallest of the three falls. Get on to the hurricane deck and enjoy the cool water coming from bridal veil.

This is one of those must-do activities at the Falls. However, one may get the impression that this is a cave tour or caverns below/behind the Falls. The only cave is the hallway at the bottom of the elevator that leads you out to the...More

No, I wouldn't think so if you are asking for wheelchair handicap accessible. it is a walking tour that you have to climb stairs.

Yes but somewhat limited.
We are a group of 17 people, 11 adults and 6 children travelling to Niagara for a day. Is it recommended to buy tickets for Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist online before hand, or better to buy across the counter when we reach. Also is the discovery pass worthwhile if we are there just for a day, around 7 hours max

I would get them in advance. They actually have booths where they sell advance passes on the major roads in and these are usually discounted. We got the adventure pass once and it was worth it if you get the one that... More
