This park is open,free,safe,and a real find. lots of soft ground play areas ,shelters A low cost golf course well cared for . Tennis courts .Great For Dogs, Kids,old and young etc.Hockey rink (indoors) All in all a great find.

Wonderful place! Great to visit on both the US and Canadian side. Rode the Maid of the Mist on the US side, and went to the top of the observation tower on the Canadian side. Definitely worth it!

Summer may attract the maximum visitors but you may wan to attend during the winter . . . as you will get a completely different perspective.

Very cute Christmas display. And it's free! So few free things these days. You drive through the park and see all the large displays. We actually drove through the loop a couple times since the kids loved it so much!

The park itself is full of things to do: walking trails, tennis courts, baseball fields, boating on the lake, an exercise trail, children's play areas, booci, and more. The park is well maintained and there are picnic shelters, and bbqs available. They offer public toilets...More

Memorial Day Weekend I was advised by others - the City of Buffalo Recreation department may have refined the date so you may what to check that out on the city's webpage.
