I was really interested in visiting Hopper's House during our last trip Upstate. The house is super cute, and they do a great job making it work with their limited material. There are no Hopper paintings, only some drawings from when he was a child...More

Really interesting artifacts from the extended Hopper collection. While not really featuring his larger works, we enjoyed the caricatures and the personal overview from staff. Definitely worth the trip.

Staff were superb, so friendly and extremely informative. Loved seeing his house where he lived and worked. His sketches to his wife was so good. Loved every minute in there. I do love Hopper's work.

As this is an historical spot––the artist Edward Hopper lived here—it's cool for that to be part of Nyack's artistic history. I used to attend a poetry workshop that was once held there. Still, at the Edward Hopper House, summer concerts take place.
