Even if there were no paintings, there was a delightful photo show using the Hopper paintings in real. There is a feeling of respect in all visitors.

the boyhood home of artist Edward Hopper serves as a local gallery. In the summer, the delightful garden is the setting for jazz concerts hosted and sponsored by THE FRIENDS OF THE NYACKS and local merchants. Bring your own chair

While I had always enjoyed his paintings, i knew little of the man and how he had lived. This place fills in the missing pieces. Well worth a visit and free on the first fridays of each month.
