Have seen at least 15 shows at this theatre, and each time we have enjoyed the theatre and show. A beautiful historic small theatre - not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics have improved since the new management took over, though I don't know exactly what they did. When a very famous singer comments on the great sound... More

Very comfortable seats, Great staff. Not a bad seat in the house. I really can't deal with the big arenas and stadiums. The Paramount is an intimate and friendly place to see a show. Surrounded by great restaurants, and decent parking. A hidden GEM in the Hudson Valley!

There are still too few shows and the docket is mostly bands at the tail end of careers. Usually names people over 50 might remember. At times the shows are quite good and often not. There are other similar venues that have succeeded. But alas after a bankruptcy of the Not-for-profit and now new ownership it still lacks.

Went and saw Donovan the other night. First time going to the Paramount. The staff was friendly and helpful. The acoustics was excellent. The seats were comfortable and have a lot of leg room to stretch out a little. Not a bad seat in the house. They offer beer, wine and coffee and are conveniently located near some restaurants like... We sat 8 rows back for a concert and the sound was perfect. The decor was nice and the bartenders where friendly. Very welcoming over all.

Between the Capital Theater in Portchester and paramount in Peekskill I am lucky to be living in westchester to have access to both these venues. The theater has intimate seating where all views are good. Good acoustics. I especially have to give an extra nod to Liz Lange who graciously help me out of a ticket quandary. Great acts, great...
