Been taking the ferry for 20+ years. They have the trip down to a science. Loading and unloading is a breeze. There are plenty of seats and tables on deck, with a snack bar and a lounge. Way better than driving through the Bronx and Queens.

The boat is very large and fits many guest comfortably as well as the ability to bring your vehicle on board for use once you depart. A lovely and easier way to get to CT and very scenic as you cross the LI Sound

Always a great experience! Always on time and organized. Very convenient for early morning trips as well with the onboard food service! Beats driving around and going through the city to get to our family in CT.

I liked the experience of taking the ferry very much. It saves so much time. Plus it's fun to be on the water for a period of your trip. Driving onto it was pretty easy. It was my first time using a ferry as a driver and I was nervous. The staff is fairly clear about what you need to... More

The ferry is a great ride from Port Jeff to Bridgeport. It makes travel to the Northeast so much easier. The kids love to grab a snack---they even have humus and fruit!. The view is beautiful. We have even jumped on the ferry to head to Westchester rather than cut over Manhattan! Highly recommended!

Save yourself the hassle of driving over the bridges and through the Bronx getting from New England to Long Island. Reserve a spot on the ferry. It's so much more relaxing than fighting everyone else in the roads. Get there a half hour before sailing time. If you have passengers in your car who can do walk-on to get a... More

I take this ferry frequently! My sister lives in Norwalk and rather than drive around, I read a book, catch up on phone calls and emails or watch a movie on my ipad. It's a much better use of my time and as a senior, you can't beat the price and the convenience. I am also a Brookhaven town resident... More

They've changed directions to the ferry in the past year so it's only one way for boarding in Port Jeff. You can't make a left turn into the ferry lot. We had to make an illegal U-turn not realizing this. Wish they had better signs in Port Jeff! Also, no more checking in. Once you're on the ferry you're paid.... More

The Ferry is a great relaxing ride. The food is good, the crew is great. You can take nice pictures of the sunset over the water, as well as just yourself and friends enjoying the ride.

The Galley should be refurbished, not appealing..... Should catch up with the times they would triple their business. Could be cleaner. Help should be dressed in attire that represent that they are part of the refreshment team on board, matching shirts and bottoms.... More of a Starbucks appeal in sorts,
