This is not our first time at Omega and we continue to enjoy our returns. The workshops are always good and the food is excellent. It always offer great mini escapes in the country with kindred souls, meeting new friends.

This beautiful campus nestled in the woods outside of Rhinebeck is a great place to retreat, refresh, eat great food and take a fabulous class or get a massage etc. Beautiful lake too

Spent a lovely week in July of 2017 taking a writing class. Omega is the type of rare place where you can go into a quiet, contemplative space for a full week or you can engage with other, like minded soul travelers.

Dear MD, I do not work at Omega, just have taken classes. Normally, all of the room assignments are posted on the Omega website.
