It was a bit crowded because there was a gingerbread house display going on, but apart from that the rest of the museum was really enjoyable. The first part is more traditional museum exhibitions with photography and a movie exhibit, then the second part is...More

As a local we rarely take the time to see things in our area. This tour was amazing, so rich with facts, so many things to see and do. As an ex-Kodaker it was especially amazing, but Mr. Eastman was a man with many levels...More

If you have out of town visitors during the holidays this museum is a must see. The house is decorated beautifully and you get a sense of Christmas and New Years from a time of opulence in Rochester,New York.

Very interesting look back at Eastman's life, and all the innovations that Kodak has done for the photography industry. Worth the stop. The homes in the area are all beautiful mansions. A look back on the lifestyle of the early 20th century.

We enjoyed the visit. The home is very well decorated and furnished. The museum exhibit of photography was not particularly great, but the home is worth the visit. The home has a pipe organ, two theater rooms, main and west gardens, safe, trophy room, etc....More

The George Eastman Museum is more of a film and photography restoration and storage museum than a museum of the Kodak Company, photography and film. George Eastman's Mansion is the main tour able part of the museum. The house is beautifully decorated although a touch...More
