Artsy. Different. Little shops and local artisans. Lovely restaurants with outdoor patios. Not overwhelming like a mall, more relaxed vibe.

We were there for a craft show. Pretty cool place. We use to class this place the "Dead Mall". This place has successfully reinvented itself time and time again. Looks like some great shops and great restaurants. Will return to check them out!

We love Village Gate. It is cool and darkly lit, and the little stores and restaurants are very good. It is surrounded by a new bunch of store fronts, so I hope it doesn't change the artsy vibe.

Village Gate is a great place to go out to. You can enjoy it in the summer and dine outdoors or in the winter in many of the great restaurant choices. So glad we have a place like it in Rochester.
