Pretty view of the lake and helpful staff. We enjoyed several of their wines and almost bought some but didn't. We'd go back.

A cold, windy, and wet day prevented many from missing really tasty Chestnut soup, spinach/chestnut dip and chestnut dessert, not to say anything about the warm mulled wine. In the tasting room we found a wide selection of wines with 6 tastes for $5. We left with three different wines tasted.

So many FLX wineries grow the same Varities and make the same wines ( granted each winery puts their own spin on the taste) we got an Aromella ( Cornell varity) which is the first release of this wine anywhere in the nation, a good Lemberger and just for fun the Two to Mango..the man ding the tasting was funny... Stopped here with friends for a return visit. Came back for the White Port. Wine tasting is nicely done. View from this property is stunning.

The location and setting of Goose Watch is worth the visit. However, the wines were not our favorite - not bad just not our thing. Take time to go on the back porch and soak in the greenery and view of the lake.

Thank you very much for visiting our winery, and are very pleased you enjoyed the views! While we realize that not everyone likes the same wines, we would like to point out that of our current wines available for tasting, we have 3 dry whites with 90+ point scores, our dry Rose won “Best of Show” Rose wine at the... On a day devoted to checking out a few Finger Lakes Wineries, planning is important. There are 'events' that draw crowds... Lots of fun, lots of people and lots of energy... We chose to visit Goose Watch the day before their big event... And that made all the difference! We got to understand the varieties they offered... We got perspective.... More

Small vineyard with great wines and a beautiful view. The tasting was relaxed and welcoming. The rosé was delicious.

We tasted six wines for $5 with a coupon off on anything we bought. The young man pouring our samples was knowledgeable and thorough. Although the bar was full of people, he was efficient and quick. There is a wrap around deck that overlooks Cayuga Lake. Just beautiful!

Stopped here during our recent visit to the area. We decided on a wine tasting tour around the lake and Goose Watch was one of our stops. Very nice atmosphere and scenic grounds. Our only complaint was that the tasting staff here was not as friendly as some of the other stops that we made. The were also a little... More

Every wine we tasted here was tasty and it was hard to decide which we would take home with us to Canada (limited to 1.5 litres per person maximum, unfortunately). The sweeter wines were particularly good, including the white port - very unusual. The view of the lake also made this a worthwhile stop.
