Saratoga State Psrk is so beautiful. Plenty of trees and fields and paths. Lots of nice places to take pictures. I love how the Roosevelt Bath & Spa is right in the park to get a mineral bath and massage! You can't visit Saratoga without going to this park and booking a bath & massage at the Roosevelt Bath &... Walk here on a regular basis...alone, with teens and dog. Park outside the Gideon Putnam lot on the way to Spa Little Theatre. The walk to Avenue of the Pines towards Rte 9 and turn by warming Hut is completely paved and back to lot through tree lined walkway is 2 miles. There are two doggie waste receptacles on the... Saratoga Spa State Park is beautiful in the winter! We went skating on a small pond and then found a hill perfect for sledding. Great spot!

There are several places around, including Automobile Museum, which used to be Spring water factory. SPAC Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and Gideon Putnam Resort for Roosevelt Baths & SPA

Great place for a picnic and play at the playground. My daughter had a blast. The pool was right next door but not open when we were there.

I guess my expectations were higher than what we found here. Also, extreme cold didnt help. We were looking for a more in tune with nature experience and this place is very groomed.

Lots of trails with trees and small geysers really provide a nice setting for some moderate outdoor activity. We had a good time and using our stay at the Gideon Putnam Resort as a base, we had easy access to all the trails.

Such a large and lovely park with so much to do! We brought a picnic lunch in November and ate it in the "warming hut" which was a small cabin which had a lovely fire going. It kept us toasty while we ate. We also visited the auto museum on the grounds. I've been here several times but have yet... More

Beautiful park offering plenty of well-marked trails past forests, waterfalls, swimming pools. All-season opportunities for everyone to enjoy. Close by are all the Saratoga sites -- the race course, the baths, the museums. Great place to base your stay in Saratoga.
