Relaxing lakeside experience.wonderful walking areas and very unique shopping. Stores ar located in a central part of tow so walking distance to all of them was very easy.

Spent the day here walking around, eating, and swimming. For non residents it is 5.00 to swim. Nice large swimming area with floating docks. Kids have to take a swimming test before being able to go into the deep areas. Lots of life guards. Beautiful...More

Everyone has answered the parking question. Sherwood Inn is nice for lunch also and you can sit on the porch and view the lake. They have a tavern menu also. I don't think the boats are running now, but check with them... More

i do not think u will find anything reasonable in town. Couple of places are on the way into town though and can be a 10 min walk at best/

Most of the land on Skaneateles Lake is privately owned. There is a beautiful park right in town at the north end of the lake that would be great for a picnic. For a nice dinner, I recommend the Sherwood Inn or the Blue... More
