We were on a road trip early October in this area of Prince Edward Island, and came across this nice visitor centre. There's good parking, and it's located right next to a small wetland to take a little stroll. Staff were very friendly and helpful with their advice for exploring this region. Over the days of our time in PEI, we had noticed that a number of the visitor centres had already closed, but were so glad this one had stayed open a bit longer than the rest!

We dropped in here with 5 minutes to spare before closing. The lady behind the counter was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. She could have been disappointed to see us pulling up but she didn’t show it. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction for our trips over the few days that we are spending in the area.
