Mermaid Divers is a company built by divers, run by divers and dedicated to the serious scuba diver. We over excellent service to our guest. To us you are not just another diver of a group, you're family. All dives are made with on staff Professional certified PADI, NAUI, IDD and CMAS Instructors / Divemasters with more than 30 years of experience and a focus on safety, fun and pleasure. We teach courses in English, Dutch, Spanish. Mermaid Dive Center is equipped with all required training materials, including big screen T.V. DVD's, videos, manuals and PADI training aids. Come and have some fun diving the best Wrecks, Reefs, Deep, Walls, Drift, Nights in Aruba.

My son and I had a great time with Carlos and his crew. Beautiful reefs and fish everywhere. Being beginner divers we felt very safe with Carlos. My son can't wait to go back and dive with Mermaid again, thank you!

We did not certify with Mermaid as we are already open water certified. We dove three days in a row. Carlos was the dive master for the second and third. The second day we had ten divers. On the third day only four counting... More

You can rent equipment there. They have masks that cover your nose with a snorkel attached. The snorkel is optional, if you are certified, I believe. If not, you have to have the snorkel attached.

There is sun protection onboard - but I would still bring sunblock (Im Irish, I always wear sunblock). As far as non-divers, you would have to ask. I could see it being a liability/safety issue to just let someone snorkel... More
