Visited here on a very windy day but it added to the excitement and experience of what it might have been like to live here. Don’t let the weather deter you- just rug up! On really windy days tours don’t operate due to safety so...More

The place was worth the drive from Perth. The landscape was very beautiful. The tour of the lighthouse is well organised.

Located on the most sou' westerly corner of Australia and on one of the ten roughest bits of coastline in the world, the Cape Leewin lighthouse is a very interesting bit of WA and maratime history.

Was very impressed with the audio tour that was available. It gave lots of information but was not over done. The lighthouse tour was also very informative and the views to the ocean were very impressive.

Awesome place to go and really cool to say I’ve been and seen the corner of Australia and where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet while being on top of a functioning light house. Thanks to Paul for the tour you were a great guide.

A tall white monument to the lighthouse keepers and the sailors they tried to protect. Visited during a strong storm and that made the experience all the more compelling. Between you and Antarctica is just the wild southern ocean. Good cafe and good guides. Go...More
