Just took a quick drive down to the Bay, been stuck at home for days.. Great surf, little breeze. No whales today unfortunately. Nice and cool and refreshing. Fabulous spot right on our doorstep, we don't come often enough to recharge batteries.

I love this place!!!! The caravan park is old school cool, reminds me so much of camping as a child, wide open camp spaces, loads of trees, great grassed areas. The general store does a great coffee, friendly people, can buy fresh fish straight off...More

A little way out of town, but well worth the drive. A large sweeping bay. 4wd accessible and pelicans fishing off shore.

Small group of beach shacks. Peaceful bay by name and peaceful by nature. If you are after serenity you have found it.

There is a small community and a caravan park in this area. You can take you 4WD right onto the beach as the sand is very firm. Many families right along the shoreline with their vehicles thoroughly enjoying the mild weather we were having at...More

The hiking trail from Peaceful bay to conspicuous cliffs needs better marking . I got lost due to a lack of markers at about 13 kms in .
