Kangaroo welcomes us!

This is a good stopping point while travelling through Cape Range National Park. We enjoyed our ice cream as we watched the kangaroo wandering around the verandah.

The staff is informative and so are the displays. It's also a place to pick up a cold drink or an ice cream bar. Bathrooms are decent. Souvenirs are available.

Excellent help. The displays are wonderful to see. So informative. Great for all ages. Take your camera, Hire snorkelling gear, when to snorkel at Oyster Stacks and other beaches. Where to camp in the area. Souvenirs, ice-creams, food and cold drinks. Ningaloo is fantastic. Loved it. Turquoise Beach and Oyster stacks are top 2 to see

Very interesting informative displays about the reef and snorkel hire. Weather information and safety information for tides etc. Friendly staff. The ice cream was much needed.

A very nice modern information centre that has several very nice displays with informatiin about ningaloo. The shop sells a wide variety of nice things and also rent out snorkel gear (it does need to be given back I think it was by 3.30pm, so check if you are planning on staying later). They are also able to give you... More

If you're visiting the Cape Range National Park it's worth calling into the Milyering Visitor Centre. It has lots of information and some great souvenirs. If you don't have cash to pay your park entrance fee you can pay here by eftpos.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting a modern designed building with large displays, interactive displays, a kids activity corner and the normal souvenirs and snorkeling equipment as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful, telling us which beaches in the national park were safe for small children to snorkel and explore the Ningaloo Reef.... More
