We've travelled - I think last count was 87 counties - and we live beaches. Yallingup beach is just the most amazing beach you will ever go to - something for everyone - Lagoon for kids and snorkeling, great reef and beach break for surfers, amazing beach break for body-surfers and boogy-boarders, a long walk for Romantic couples or solo-rejuvenation,... Great beach that you can take your dogs to. Watch the local crew take on surf. Sheltered area for those not as confident with big waves

This was probably just a whistle-stop at the end of a long day trip between Bunbury and Margaret River. Beach enthusiasts could spend many hours at this location. Good scenery, the ocean, nice beach, surfing, kite surfing, boating; its all there. It was towards the end of a lengthy day for us, so a quick stop so our guests could enjoy,... More

We did the Cape to Cape for 12km. Fantastic weather, sunny, windy - nothing is more perfect than this. Only dislike the flies that really stick onto your skin and buzzing next to your ears!! The scenery was beautiful. As we jogged along, we cannot not stop to take beautiful pictures and watching the kite surfers.

Lots of nice beaches in WA and this is just one of them. Didn' t think it was anything special or out of the ordinary.

A beautiful sweeping beach, and despite being close to one of the larger villages in the Margaret River region, it seems to be one of the less busy beaches. Easy parking, and a wonderful panorama showing off the savage beauty of the headland

Fantastic for small children as no waves on sure due to reef. Parking a challenge at busy times. Get there early to avoid the wind. Afternoons a sand storm!

I don't know if December is always windy but we've had wind all the way from Perth the last two weeks. We've gone to the beaches in the morning but the wind still seems to get us! However, in the calmer areas the swimming here would suit novices and of course it's surfer's paradise. The sea is much warmer than... More

Nestled into the hillside, and with views out to the horizon over the ocean with the classic surfing waves this place is renowned for, it is a beautiful place to either laze on the beach, surf/swim/body surf/ snorkel over the reef, take long beach walks, or just 'chill' for a few days. This is the place to be.
