Relaxing

We went for a relaxing afternoon. Had a fantastic lunch before going in. The poolside and areas around are spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Great way to spend an afternoon.

A gorgeous experience as soon as you walk in. Friendly helpful staff and the pools are stunning. Proba ly the best massage I have had from the day spa. A great place would highly recommend.

Water was refreshing. Service was very good. Poolside food and drinks a little expensive but good for the atmosphere. A togs drying machine (which takes 10 seconds) which we used at another place would be a good addition considering the overall price of the attraction. All pools are man-made to look natural but would have also been good to have... More

Unreal experience..... Staff were very kind, informative and just a pleasure to be around. Atmosphere like something out of a fairy tale! Food was to die for! Great value Read no further, just book it ! I recommend the "dip and dine" special which is a 1.5 hour in the hot springs followed by a spectacular meal.

A very enjoyable experience which we would thoroughly recommend to another visitors to Whitianga. The 40 NZD each for one and a half hour's access seemed a little expensive but the pound sterling / NZD exchange rate is unfavourable at the moment .

This more than exceeded our expectations, such a beautiful and tranquil setting we felt like we were in a resort in the Pacific. We did the 90min with a meal which we would recommend the dinner was great value, Only regret was not staying longer!

The saying 'Do not judge a book by its cover ' could apply to The Lost Spring. Do not be deterred by the entrance and approach driveway. We were very pleasantly surprised by what we found when we ventured inside. The ambiance transported us to a tropical paradise. The staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent. We... More

Lost spring as right, if it hadn't been for TripAdvisor we wouldn't have found this place. Instead we spent a great 2 hours here, enjoying the beautiful pools and gardens and then taking advantage of their "dip and dine" package to enjoy very good food. Lovely spot
