We had a site that had a view of Lake Ontario which was beautiful. I loved the grassy sites. The sites aren't as close as a KOA, but they are ok. We mainly stayed to have a place to lay our heads while visiting the...More

We stayed in a yurt on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. Typical state park. Was a bit upset about the website for booking (could be website fault not park fault) - Stated that there was a stove in the yurt but there was not. The...More

Camped at 4 Mile Creek State Park for 5 nights. We had a site with a view of Lake Ontario, which was very nice. Even without a view, it is a short walk to the lake where you can being chairs or a blanket to...More

We stayed lake view and it was absolutely lovely. Our site was large and faced Lake Ontario. The only thing which would of been better would to be on the two campsites across the street which where directly lake front. The washrooms were clean and...More

We decided on an early season, last minute overnighter close to home and this was one of the last few state parks nearby that we hadn't camped. Four Mile Creek fit the bill. Not a lot to do in the park itself an that was...More

We camp there a lot. To get the good sites, must reserve early. The restrooms are clean and the grounds are well taken care of. The location is in good proximity to local tourist areas like Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Canada.

Absolutely beautiful if you get a spot on Lake Ontario. They had free showered that had great water pressure, and a lot of amenities.

By far, the best State Park we've ever stayed in! Beautiful, Large spots, views of Lake Ontario, shuttle nearby to all attractions. The only thing better would be 50 amp, full hookups!

I'm actually not sure if you can. But at the park there is an easy way to get to the water by foot. Did not see any kayaks or canoes on the lake and we were there in June. Would think if could we would have seen some ???
