This was the most fascinating experience! 2 adults and a 11year old just took a ride to the North Pole on the train in Bryson City. Paid for the deluxe package and it was worth it. You get a take home coffee mug that had some delicious hot chocolate inside. A bag of goodies that includes shortbread cookies, mints, chocolate... More

We were a family of four: 6 year old and 2 year old, in matching pajamas. Our chef in our car was so nice and professional she did a great job. We rode first class and received a collectible mug, reusable bag and a sack of treats. Santa came by and saw each child and gave each one a bell,... More

We just returned from our trip to the GSMR for The Polar Express ride. We have two children age 4 and 2. It was a great day filled with many great memories for all of us. We did the first class coach and it is worth the money because like my wife said our kids are young only for a... More

Great experience, children loved it and very well organized. Quaint and charming town, we enjoyed walking downtown during the day and rode the train that night. Would recommend

I paid over 200 dollars for four people to go to this event. We were in the Crown Class. The girls acting as chefs just did not do a good job. You could tell they were not into their roles at all and were ready to go home. Save your money.

We wanted to have a memory making adventure. This was a great family friendly adventure. Take the book (Polar Express) with you to enjoy in your own seats. They have a large book to share, but it's so nice to have your own. PJ's are a MUST. Feel free to wander the town in them too. It's fun being a... More

Everything went smoothly from the prepaid parking, ticket pickup, boarding, etc. 1st class car we road in was worth every penny! All the staff were very nice and helpful and attentive to detail.

Great event enjoyed by three generations. Train car were decorated for the holidays. "Jolly" was a lot of fun and added much to the experience. Went 1st class, expensive, but worth it for checking off the bucket list.

It's a little expensive. The trip was good for my 5 year old. Many of the kids wear pajamas. Everyone gets a free cookie and hot chocolate on the train ride. It's a little simplistic. The staff was great. The two ladies in our car were fantastic. The north pole area was pretty limited. Great for really young kids....not so... More
