Loved this beach it was not over crowded and we really enjoyed the walks in the evening as and the morning. My husband really enjoyed fishing for the pier. We would go back in a sec.

Went to the state park with our 2 year old today to look at some nature. It was a fun adventure looking at lizards, snakes and crabs. Def must do.

We were there on a rainy and overcast weekend, so not sure what it would be like in prime summer, but the beach is nice and it felt like a family-friendly area. Parking is a premium, so be prepared to walk to the beach.

Campsite are variable in shape and size. You can go online to see them. I'd say most sites are large enough for two tents. My experience with hammock-tents is that you can always find a spot for them! :)
