Very difficult walk with lots of steep stairs and hills. Not a good place for people with knee problems. Also very buggy.

Walk down into the forest and you feel like you are million miles away. Babbling brook, scent filled air, and scampering animals will restore your weary soul.

I am a city girl at heart so was a little anxious about walking a nature trail by myself. This preserve is perfect!! Well maintained trails, clear defined paths, very well kept!! Took some great photos and got a good workout for my old bones!...More

I stopped here for a jog one evening in the Spring while I was in the area. Beautiful park with very well maintained trails. Very quite and I saw many deer and smaller critters throughout the park.

While it is great to have a nature preserve in the city, this one is too close to noisy roadways and, in the summer, very noisy "concerts",featuring drums and screaming vocals and such. Not very conducive to a nature felling.
