For an amazingly closeup, small concert this can't be beaten. We have seen (most recently) a journey tribute band, but also three doors down. To see a great band in this intimate setting is a true treat!

Went to Fillmore for the first time to see George Clinton. Great - great show. That's old school amazement mixed in with modern rock, jazz, hip hop. The Fillmore is great because you can go anywhere you want ( sort of) so you're always in the heart of the action and music. Acoustics were amazing. However, with general admission there... More

Good place for a show. Staff was very friendly. FYI: The staff did "pat down" the guys for weapons for at Christian show? I suspect that might be normal for this venue. No place to sit unless you pay extra. Parking and traffic can be a problem for this venue so go early.

The venue was very nice...great sound and not really a bad view with the different levels. I was taken back with being charged $14 for a rum and diet cocktail and a sprite!!!!! Holy rip off. And the fact that they left in a couple with a 3 month old baby and a 6 year old child. I guess there... More

Saw Matisyahu here. The show was great. First time at this venue and I must say it's pretty nice compared to other places I've been. We were in the VIP section which has its own bar and bathroom, which is nice to avoid some of the crowds. There is also access to a good sized outside area if you need... More

Had a great time at a day Party at the Fillmore, It was packed with folks, But the construction made us enter through another club. Would go again though.

The venue itself is attractive & they host some very good bands & the sound is also very good. It tends to get very crowed in the general admission area (which is mediocre at best). They have a VIP section that is alluring and was very reasonably priced until about a week ago. With no warning the prices tripled. It... More

Went to the Fillmore for a concert and I found that it was just average. Don't really know if I'd go back.

I've been to a few shows (one last week) and oddly enough a workshop here in the past year. The Filmore is located at the Sound Factory, just on the outskirts of uptown Charlotte, but not within walking distance. It's fairy new and still well-kept. Restrooms are clean and drinks expensive. I paid $23 for a double top-shelf drink, which... More
