Even when this park is busy, it still retains its peacefulness. The river is gorgeous and lovely to sit next to.

Really cool bridge that goes across into a big park, lots of space. Ducks all along the water. Beautiful scenery.

Has many walkways from where you park to the islands. Was winter so be no getting into water, but can see be a great place to take kids in the summer, walk your dog or just take a walk yourself.

this park is so relaxing to just sit by the river, or wade out into the water so refreshing. You can just listen to the water flow. or go fishing. Use the park to your needs of enjoyment. Great place to visit.

Plenty of picnic and grilling areas and benches. It could use some trash pick up but for as many people that seem to us it, it wasn't that bad. Nice to sit and watch the water

We picked up food from a local restaurant, so I'm not positive about if there are grills there. However, I just saw in "The Insiders Guide to the Great Smoky Mountains" that they do have grills in the park.
