Stopped by this museum to learn a little history and was blown way by how nice it was. Gift shop had something for everyone and I did some Christmas shopping that yielded special gifts.

This museum is amazing. I really like how it's structured around a narrative of how the area was colonized and grew/changed through the generations. Beautifully arranged; gracious employees; incredibly clean -- some items almost glittered because they are so well-maintained. And its FREE.

Nice place to stop in for a few hours or during your lunch hour. I like the idea that some exhibits change. I stopped in last week during lunch and enjoyed the WWI special exhibit.

Not really, regional . However if you are in the area its well worth a stop. Go to the web site to see current exhibit. You may want to visit the cemetery next door.
