One can drive around the traffic circle and see it, but try to find a time when you can get a tour of the upstairs, which has historical displays.

3.7 would be the perfect rating here. Good for pictures and nice spot to drive in the historic downtown but not much to see really

There aren't really much things to do in here, the surrounding area is very quiet, or even shady. Just driving around it maybe a good idea, there is really no need to stop.
