These vistas are breathtaking!! It's an amazing site to see the new growth come after the fall fires. Very romantic and also family friendly. We only wish we had brought a picnic!!

The tower is in the process of being re built right now. The forest fires from last fall burned the wooden part of the structure!! The views of Macon County from up there are worth the pretty drive to see it. Cant wait to see...More

I loved going up there some one said it burnt down and that is so very sad that someone can disreguard the beauty in the world as to destroy our natural habitat.....

Little bit of a drive from Franklin but so worth it. Once you get there it's a 5 minute walk to the tower.
