We really enjoyed our time at this museum. The building is really old, very lovely and well-kept. The local history was really interesting, and they have done a great job with the displays. The pig on the porch was great. :)

Right now they have an amazing collection of bridal gowns from the 1890s to 1990s, all with a local connection.

In addition to their static display of local history, they host lectures and events of interest of which I've attended several.

Absolutely worthwhile. We came here out of boredom during a long rainy stretch and stayed here longer than we expected.

This small museum of local history is making impressive strides in collecting and displaying the history of Wayne county, NC. It is housed in an old USO building, which is itself local history. This is a must-stop location for history buffs!

What is the cost to view the museum? We are taking a few of our Church's Senior Citizens to Goldsboro to eat and shop.
