Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards is a family-owned operation located in the heart of Henderson County's apple country. Nestled on 10 acres of a land grant from England are panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains that the family has enjoyed for generation, and now would like to share with you. The 14 varieties of wine-grape vines grown on the vineyards at elevations of 2,300 and 3,000 feet, along with the cool nights, develop some the best wine-producing grapes in the country. Meticulously growing our fruit allows us to incorporate the unique character of our vineyards into each bottle. Come to a place where you not only enjoy beautiful views with a glass of unforgettable wine, but become part of our family too!

Four of us planned a trip to visit Hendersonville NC. We decided to start the trip by visiting Saint Paul vineyard. This was one of the best wine tasting I have done. Our server, Helen, did a great job in telling us about the wines. She was interested in how we rated the wines. Definitely a must do if you... More

What a pleasant surprise. We walked in to a very casual atmosphere with a beautiful bar, hearth and an abundance of tables. We were a little confused about what to do but we were quickly greeted by someone saying have a sit we come to you. That's right Derrick was our wine expert and he came directly to our table and... Unlike many wineries we have visited, there is no sense of pretense at St. Paul's. You are welcomed in as a member of the family whether your first visit or your fourteenth. The wine and the cider are excellent. The food truck is a highlight. But without a doubt, it is the owners and the staff that set St. Paul's... More

So many excellent wines here that it is tough to pick a favorite - Is it Queen? Is it Homeplace? Guess I'd have to say it is Vin Chocolate du Barista. Enjoyed a goat cheese appetizer with our wine. Leslie, who assisted us, is knowledgeable and very friendly. They often have live music outside on their patio which overlooks the... More

We go over to have a calm peaceful hour or so. Their wine is very good, as is their cider. On some saturdays they have music from local musicians.( Had the opportunity to play "spoons" with one delightful young lady. My wife goes over on saturday morning to have an hour of Yoga, and a glass of wine. Last year,... More

We were driving up the back roads to Hendersonville, NC and stopped at an open fruit market. Most of them were closed since it is January and probably too cold to sell fruit, but these folks still had great apples and oranges. While there, we were told about a winery around the corner that was fun to stop at if... More

My husband and I have been visiting various areas in the mountains for the past five years. We celebrate his birthday and our anniversary......30 years this year! We always enjoy a private cabin. Local businesses are always on our list. We enjoy wine.....but are not knowledgeable....so we decided to visit a winery. This place was great! For $10 you get... More

This place is phenomenal. The wine tasting led to buying some of the best wines I have tasted in a long time. Could not resist buying $150 worth !!! The dessert wine with the chocolate and coffee was amazing, nothing has ever compared to the others I have had. This was not what I expected!

We have been to St. Pauls over 4 times and every time is amazing. This particular visit, our wine expert, Rita, was incredible and had a great personality. She accommodated us and our wine tastes in every possible way. Since the typical food truck wasn't available, the workers of St.Paul went above and beyond providing complimentary Pizza Hut and tomato... More
