Fees are shown on their website under "Reservations." If you'd like a tour in just a few weeks, I'd advise contacting them soon. This is a popular activity during the summer months!

From the Crystal Coast Eco-tours website: "The Lucky Dog is insured to take up to 6 passengers, excluding the Captain, and has all the required federal safety equipment."
