This is the nicest and best-built pier on the OBX. Used to be free, but now $2 -- but not a bad deal, and worth it to just watch and chat with the people fishing (especially when they reel on in). A small gift shop...More

Didn’t go / pay to go on pier. But nice windmills that my toddler enjoyed. Wasn’t the best weather to enjoy the pier.

We enjoyed walking down the pier (free entry with our NC Aquarium membership) and seeing what fish people were catching and the fish tanks and great exhibits inside as well. After waking on the pier, we found hundreds of ghost crabs on the beach below....More

A neat little place to check out with an aquarium inside and an over priced gift shop. A small fee to walk into the pier and cool binocular viewfinders to see way out onto the ocean.

Well worth the $2 to walk out on. Beautiful views! It was very windy the day we went but it was worth it to brave the winds. Will be back next month over spring break with the kids in tow!

The views from the pier are terrific. Really not much to do but great views. Great location, close to restaurants.

Went to Fish Heads for a night out with my girlfriends. There was a band playing good music and all there seemed to enjoy it. I was kind of surprised to see so many children in a "drinking atmosphere". We ordered drinks and appetizers. Drinks...More
