When we have looked for waterfalls before, you usually need to hike to get to them. Looking glass falls is an easy access waterfall that is accessible for everyone. You drive right up to it. There is a look out at the top and then you can climb some stairs down to see the bottom. All in all, it's a... More

Visited on February 26. The falls had great water flow. While parking is limited, this falls is easily accessed from the road. There is a short walk you can down some stairs to get closer to the base of the falls, but this is not necessary to enjoy its' beauty. It is also easier for individuals with limited mobility to... Hot summer weekend days will bring out the crowds, so be forewarned. Most people hang by the staircase and nearby boulders, some creek-hop beyond that and few people go swimming in the pool at the bottom of the falls. It's frigid!!! Normally I can't handle cold water like that but on a hot day it is refreshing. You can climb... More

Visited the falls on a Saturday afternoon.....the weather was beautiful, and everyone was getting out of their "winter doldrums" and experiencing some "Mother Nature." While there were lots of visitors to the falls, there was plenty of parking, and plenty of room for viewing. You can walk down the steps (an easy jaunt) to the bottom of the falls. Lots... More

Visited in August 2016 while on vacation with my family. There is plenty of parking and it is just a short walk down some stairs to get to the falls. This means that is was very busy when we visited but that didn't take away from the beauty of the waterfall. I also liked how you could get in the... More

Awesome falls if you don't want to hike! Easy parking along the road with a short walk to the falls. Stairs take you to thr bottom of the river at the bottom of the falls. Nice place to cool off in the summer!

No hiking necessary for this gem. Nice wooden stairway so you could go down to the river and even walk along the rocks down the stream a big. This was my favorite photo op our our trip.
