We were here in March so there wasn't much of a local market outside, but there were some vendors who had made some items both for eating (popcorn) or gifting. There is an indoor venue and a great seafood restaurant on site. Would like to...More

It was a nice place to walk around. A lot of local produce, condiments and gifts were available. We went mid day on a week day at the end of February. I think it may be busier on weekends, and later in the season. We...More

We love coming out early on Saturday/Sunday mornings! They always have a great selection, although it can be a little busy in the sping/summer months.

Always a must do when visiting our kids in Raleigh. Always more vegetables and goods than you can sample or check out. Can't beat the prices. Highly recon recommended.

This time of year lots of greens and root vegetables. There are fresh baked goods and canned okra, jams, jellies, and butters of all kinds. Some flowers and landscaping evergreens.

Late fall brings out the apples and collard greens, which were in great abundance. More natural honey being sold as well. Seafood restaurant is a must, but fair warning- the platters will easily feed 2. No dogs allowed in buildings. I have seen this question...More

Lots of fresh vegetables but limited selection including lots of collard greens, cabbage, squash, tomatoes, squash. Some honey available. The plant section was amazing. They have a pastry section with $3 macaroons but no food trucks or hot breakfast.
