beautiful little picnic spot to enjoy a family outing, while keeping the kiddies cool. great picnic facilities.

Seems to be a place where the locals bring their kids to play in shallow safe pools. Even has a lifeguard although the pools are only a few inches deep. Probably more a place for locals with children but may be worth a visit for...More

I love this place, heaps of things for the kids to do. BBq's everywhere with seating. Right by the water and safe swimming. Rockpool is super for the little ones.

When it's not school holidays this place is perfect, small crowds great for wasting baby/toddlers energy, kept clean & close to the park incase your little one decides the rock pools isn't for them! You have to pay for parking so better to park in...More

Awesome kids splas area a great hit thru the warmer months. Changing room, toilet and cafe all nearby or bring a picnic and stay for the day. Pay for car parking.bbq areas nearby and beach with lots of shaded spots. Family hot spot

Kids were really looking forward to coming here and after finding our way and paying for parking we were disappointed to find it was closed with no water :( Did look great fun though!

Went for a walk through here after breakfast on Father's day and what an amazing place! Can't wait for summer to get into the water and play with the grandkids. Great playground.

Our winters are mild but the kids may find the water a bit chilly and not sure if the rock pools fill with water during the winter months. I'd suggest calling Gold Coast Council they'd be able to answer any questions... More

hi, is there a place for adults to swim? or is it all very shallow and aimed at small kids? also is there a closing time?

Hi the Rockpool itself is suitable for young children but not for adults. However there is a large enclosed Broadwater swimming area (free entry) about 100m away and there is our very good Aquatic center. The Aquatic center... More

That's correct. There are great new toilet facilities. However water is really clean.
