We arranged a kayak around brown lake only the day before. Fabulous spot for a kayak. Loved learning about the indigenous history of the lake and meeting the guides in this family run business. Highly recommend the tour!

This is a wonderful small family business and they were so friendly, they even gave us a ride back to our lodge after. The water and whole scenery were beautiful. I learned so much on the kayak tour and they gave us snorkel gear after which was awesome. We saw rays, turtles, fish, and more during the kayak but apparently... More

Luke was the guide and he couldn't have been more helpful, showed as koalas and kangaroos, before taking us sand boarding, even stopped on the way home to pick up some beer. Went back next day for kayaking, snorkelling and paddle boarding, all well worth the money, one of the highlights of our trio

This was our second time kayaking with Straddie Adventures and just like the first time we walked away with an amazing experience. The guides are great, they are extremely interested in the wildlife care and rehabilitation as well as knowledgable about the land and its habitats. We took overseas visitors this time and we couldn't have shown them the wild... More

My girlfriend, Helen and I recently called into Amity Point and got chatting to a lovely, informative lady who was sitting at her shade tent advertising Straddie Adventures! Deb told us all about the area and was most helpful offering advice on different places of interest nearby! We headed into Dunwich for a delicious lunch on her recommendation before returning... Went to Straddie for the weekend. Unfortunately the sandboarding was cancelled due to bad weather and the kayaking was on the verge of being cancelled due to the wind - but Debbie was very good at keeping in touch and keeping us up to date with what was happening. Luckily the kayaking went ahead and it was a highlight of... More

Thoroughly enjoyed sandboarding with Debbie and Luke - they were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Sandboarding itself was exhilarating (also exhausting), and represents great value for money for the price. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I visited Straddie with the goal of packing as much adventure into 2 days as possible, so we signed up for both kayaking and sandboarding. Since we were visiting mid-week during the winter season, we had a private experience for both activities, which was super fun and much appreciated since many other companies cancel with so few... Had a lovely couple of hours out on the water kayaking with Straddie Adventures, off Amity. Deb was our guide, and she was really enthusiastic, and full of local information and knowledge about the wildlife. We saw heaps of stingrays, a few little sharks, and some dolphins. Beautiful clear warm water, very refreshing when we jumped out of our kayaks... More
